OMNI-MEANS Engineers and Planners in Roseville has an immediate opening for a full time Office Surveyor. We are seeking a highly motivated, career minded individual to join our team of dedicated professionals.

Requirements for this position are possession of L.S.I.T. or Land Surveyors License, and two to five years of experience including working knowledge of field procedures and state law; office procedures; error propagation; and agency requirements. Ideal candidate must possess the ability to perform all jobs in the office and with a field crew. Knowledge of Civil 3D and Caltrans experience highly desirable.

Duties include directing field work at the job site; resolve boundaries; evaluation of evidence of ownership including documentation. Have knowledge to give instruction to party members in procedures and maintenance of office systems. Has the ability to communicate with job superintendents, clients and consultants, as well as the Survey Manager. Maintains quality and quantity of work effort, and performs maintenance of equipment, instruments and office systems. The work schedule is flexible: It could be 7 am to 4 pm or 8 am to 5 pm.
