This month the Guest Speaker is Josephine Giaimo, from SHOW US THE JOBS Bus Tour. She will talk about where she went, what she saw, who she met, and what she learned traveling across roughly a dozen states to publicize and protest the offshoring of American jobs.
She'll show a short videotape, and have lots of information to share.
Josephine had a long career as an industrial engineer, but was downsized and forced to seek alternative work. Most recently she worked at the
Ford plant in Edison. Then that plant closed... now she’s an activist. She’s seen offshoring first-hand, and has heard people around the country tell their own stories as well. Find out what's happening around
