View DOL H-1b LCA data – 2011 and prior as Access .mdb files, and 2012 Q2 as Excel .csv file. Sort by wage, zip code, etc, to see the number of H-1b being used for $13/hour jobs, and the tech jobs paying less than $60k. Only about 15% are for jobs paying $100k or above.
