and DOL,
You have all ignored
my prior emails pointing out fraudulent ads. Can you please tell me, do you
need more evidence? Or do you just not care about defrauding Americans out
of their careers, so long as the Bee earns money on the ad, and the DOL
employees have cushy government jobs with good
pensions?

There are
five programmer help wanted in the Sunday Dec 26, 2004 Sacramento
Bee:
Two of the jobs are
interns paying about $10 per hour. But these represent the only bonafide
openings.
NTI - (Unify)
One is for
"NTI" which I already pointed out to you last Sunday as a
fraululent ad, concealing that the "employer" is actually "Unify," and cited the many reasons that this ad if
fake. Yet you continue to defraud readers by running
it.
SOFTMATRIX
One is for
"Softmatrix." Consistent with RIR fraud, the opening is not
listed on their website (www.softmatrix.com - unable to directly link to
the flash page), and, while the website provides an email and fax
method of applying (which leaves the recipent evidence of application) the
Bee ad specifies applying via snail-mail only. Softmatrix
applied for LCAs for 5 H-1B programmers in April 2003, paying $38,000 per year
(degreed and experienced). The 2003 contact is an "Indian" name "Ramraj
Thanapandian."
As the 2004 data at
www.programmersguild.org/RIR reveals,
Softmatrix applied for several more H-1B workers in August
2004. These were filed by the Indian CEO "Manohar
Sridharan," for a wage of $45k per year. Softmatrix
does contract work for HP and Aglient, and these wages are below what HP and
Agilent pay their experienced, degreed employees.
The
Sacramento Business Jounal profiled SoftMatrix
in 2001, confirming that the founders are from India:

COGNITIM
The
last job ad in the Sacramento Bee is
for Cognitim. The Programmers Guild alerted DOL to
Cignitum's fraud in an April 2004 letter:
Sacramento EDD
refuses to provide me the RIR application for Cognitim,
maintaining that these federal documents are exempt from FOIA while in their
possession. In January 2004 I and other qualified Americans applied at
Cognitim, and we received no response. The president "Vipin
Suneja" is an Indian, the advertised job/skills are not on their website: http://www.cognitim.com/careers.html , and unlike
the website, the Bee ad requires applicants to submit via snail-mail.
Cognitim has three
RIR applications already pending with DOL. WILL DOL GRANT THESE RIRS EVEN
KNOWING THAT COGNITIM IGNORED QUALIFIED U.S. APPLICANTS? (I've asked
Martin Rios to confirm that was the directive from DC Chief Bill Carlson.
